I appreciate the opportunity to add my voice to that of others in supporting the environmental study for the proposed port at Longview. The scoping will present a clear picture of how Millennium Bulk Terminals will proceed in opening and operating this port and the economic, environmental, and social benefits of this project are deserving of approval.

When considering the extent of the EIS, we should keep it to what is actually affected - Millennium Bulk Terminals site in Cowlitz County. These trains are no different than the coal cars we've transported through our state for many decades.

I reject the very premise of Global Warming. It has been exposed as the hoax that it is. Coal production and export is crucial to our national security. Who's side are we on?

Thank you for reviewing my comments. This project is deserving of an impartial scope and should not experience further delays.

Sincerely, Criss Cornia burn.e.cornia@gmail.com
