As a resident of Washington state, and more specifically the San Juan Islands, please accept the 5 attached EIS Scoping Comments relevant to the Millennium Bulk Terminals Longview (MBTL). 1.The Risks of Noise Pollution, Air Pollution and Congestion Caused by Coal Freight Trains 2.The Risks Associated with Dust and Wind at the Proposed Site 3.The Risks of Increased Vessel Traffic on Species, Critical Habitat, Recreation and Scenic Areas 4.The Risks of Climate Change 5.The? Risks ?of? Aquatic ?Invasive? Species? Based on findings of significant and unmitagatable adverse impacts, I ask that you deny the permit for the proposed Millennium Bulk Terminals Longview (MBTL).
