Submission Text Sent:Monday, November 11, 2013 7:11 PM Subject:Impacts of Coal Trains

I request that the EIS include assessment of the impacts of coal trains on air and water quality and upon all ecosystems and environments within several miles of the entire train route from the Powder River Basing (PRB) to the Longview Terminal. It is reasonably foreseeable that coal trains would have severely adverse and significantly negative impacts upon air quality, water quality and all ecosystems and life forms all along the route from the PRB to the Longview terminal since coal trains are the most polluting (uncovered, toxic cargo), longest (1.5 miles long), heaviest (36 million pounds per train), loudest and most vibratory (due to weight and length) of all trains. Thank-you. Paula Rotondi
