I write today in support of Millennium Bulk Terminals coal export terminal. This is a project that is easy to support because it will benefit families both within and outside of its southwest Washington location. The project presents a path to employment for manyâ??let's makes it happen.

I urge you to first look at the facts when considering extent of the EIS. We already know that the terminal is unlikely to cause adverse impacts at the nearest sensitive air quality receptors. Considering the conservative nature of the emission rates and ability to manage dust generating activities, the impact on local air quality due to the coal terminal expansion is likely to be insignificant.

I appreciate the opportunity to add my thoughts to the public comment period. The agencies should proceed to the next phase as quickly as possible.

Sincerely, Howard Mollohan hlmolly@suddenlink.net
