Nov 11, 2013

US Army Corps of Engineers, Cowlitz County, Washington Department of Ecology WA

Dear Washington Department of Ecology,

Please accept these scoping comments for the environmental impact statement for the Millennium Bulk Terminal (MBTL) proposal for Longview, WA.

Dear Governor Inslee and other Decision Makers,

It doesn't make any sense to strive in this country to control pollution in our air, water and on our land and then ship coal and oil across our land to be burned indiscriminately anywhere else. The pollution will come back to us and destroy our oceans, air and lands.

The jobs produced are not worth it. The pollution along our railroads will produce ribbons of filth across our country. The profits made will only create more money for the few.

Let's have decisions which consider the health of our planet and all of the people on our planet.

Thank you,

Robert E. Swope

Sincerely,

Mr. Robert Swope 16191 Tieton Dr Yakima, WA 98908-8021 (509) 965-2561
