U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Washington Department of Ecology representatives,

I am a citizen of Boundary County, of Idaho, and of this planet. I urge you to give matters beyond instant political/economic gratification both thought and weight in your examination of the environmental impacts of the Millennium Bulk Terminal project.

Imagine yourself into the future some 25 years hence and wonder what you will wish you had done at this juncture. As the good people you are, you will wish you'd taken the impending planetary disaster of climate change more to heart; you will wish that the health and future of Idaho's watersheds, wildlife and children had carried more weight in your review than did the pressure from Big Coal. Unless of course that is exactly what you ARE going to do, In which case I say, "BRAVO!" Trust me, you WILL be proud of yourself.

Washington's government has shown progressive leadership in many fields of activity recently. Please have the courage to stand up on this issue as well.

Kind Regards,

Linda Richardson 994 Skyline Rd. Naples, ID 83847
