U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Washington Department of Ecology representatives,

I believe that Idaho communities should be included in the environmental review of the Millennium Bulk Terminal. The impacts of this proposal will stretch from the coal mines in Montana to Longview, Wash. In addition, mercury from coal-fired plants in Asia travels back to Idaho to pollute our waterways and make our fish unfit to eat. As a fisherman in a state whose tourist economy would be directly impacted by this, I am alarmed. Thank you for your time and consideration, Randy Palmer
