Dear U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, WA Dept. of Ecology, and Cowlitz County Comm.

I strongly oppose the construction of a coal export terminal at Longview, WA. Approving this proposed coal terminal would have very serious impacts in Montana, where the coal would likely be mined. Coal strip mining pollutes Montana's air and water with toxic pollutants. This proposal would harm Montana communities by allowing condemnation of private property to build a rail line, increase congestion and noise with more coal train traffic across the state, harm human health from air pollution from the burning coal, and escalate climate change.

I urge you to consider these impacts in the scope of the Environmental Impact Statement.

Thank you.
