U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Washington Department of Ecology representatives,

Coal dust which will slough off the 40, mile long coal trains which are proposed to pass through the Panhandle of Idaho will drastically change the health of the environment and diminish the health of area residents. This dust can also weaken the railroad tracks increasing the risk of derailment. Why invest in a form of energy so detrimental over air, water or solar power?
