U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Washington Department of Ecology representatives,

I urge you to consider Idaho communities during your review of the environmental impacts of the Millenium Bulk Terminal. We here in Northern Idaho are gravely concerned about the multitude of negative effects that coal exportation would have on our community and our environment, as well as those both up and down the coal line. Please, please look deeply and with heart at the impacts; please, please listen to us: we strongly oppose the passage of coal trains through our county, through neighboring counties, connecting watersheds, and the environment at large. The materialistic gains of coal exportation, achieved by a relatively few, DO NOT outweigh the health and enjoyment of we, the people of northern Idaho. It really is an amazing place here - maybe you should come and see for yourselves.

Thank you for your time.
