U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Washington Department of Ecology representatives,

Please consider a broad view of the impacts that your decision will have on the health of people and the planet. Coal dust from the trains will increase respiratory problems for residents in North Idaho. I do not believe that burning coal in asia is safe for anyone. The CO2 and mercury that is released will have broad impact on the health of people around the world. CO2 will increase global warming. Mercury enters the environment and ends up in the fish that we eat. Please do not approve the transport of coal through North Idaho.
