Dear U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, WA Department of Ecology, and Cowlitz County Commission,

Paleoclimate studies show that our current atmospheric CO2 concentration near 400 ppm is in equilibrium with sea level 10 to 20 meters higher than now. Sea level rise takes time, with current projects near 2 meters of rise by 2100, but sea level rise will be accelerating.

Will the Army Corps of Engineers of 2100 thank your for forsight?

I urge you to consider the full long-term in impacts of burning more coal faster by shipping it to other countries.

Thank you

Mark Capron 3129 Lassen Oxnard, CA 93033
