U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Washington Department of Ecology representatives,

Another hazard to consider in transporting coal across North Idaho is that the trains will no doubt cross the Rathdrum Aquifer where Burlington Northern Railroad was allowed to build their controversial refueling depot several years ago. I campaigned against the Depot before it was built, it leaked soon after it was finished, and I would like to know how BN plans to deal with coal dust distributed across the acquifer and along the entire route.
