I am in opposition to allowing any bulk coal terminal on the West Coast. The reasons: 1. Coal is an inefficient fuel that results in higher CO2 emissions than other fuels causing increased global warming. 2. The transport of coal to this location will result in toxic coal dust emissions over the rail route. I live a half mile from the rail line 3. There will be increased automobile emissions from cars delayed by the coal trains in our community. David Boggs, MD 615 Power St. Helena, MT 59601
