I request that the EIS consider the EXCESSIVE VIBRATION that additioal coal trains might have on bridges, steep terrain, and other fragile or sensitve areas that could be impacted by these trains between the entire coal train route from Montana and Wyoming to Washington. Will additional improvements be required to sustain continual and increaded coal train activity? Please look into the effects of incresed seismic activity in conjuction with additional vibration impacts from these additional coal trains. What will happen when the predicted large earthqauke that hits the west coast with coal trains on the track? Thank you!
