For your EIS study, please include a study of the impacts of railroad transport of coal. I live in a Montana town (Bozeman) that has a main line of the BNSF railroad running through our town. We already have several unit coal trains going through our town each day. As a former County and City Commissioner, I and we are very concerned about the coal dust from the many uncovered rail cars and also about the interference of emergency response vehicles if we get more coal trains. The railroad needs to pay for our needed under/over passes but with the power of BNSF this may not occur. I understand that coal train length can expand to at least 150 cars. Where will this end?
