My main concern is the long term damage to the atmosphere from continuing to burn fossil fuels, but my more immediate concern is the problems increased rail traffic will cause to cities and individuals.
Frequently blocked crossings may reduce the ability of businesses to attract traffic and to deliver goods to their destinations. Blocked crossings will also endanger lives by delaying emergency vehicles.
Boat Collision Hazard also concerns me. An increased volume of large ships in the Puget Sound will increase the chances of collisions between large ships or between large ships and small boats.
