Thank you for allowing a web format to submit comments. I want to express my disagreement with construction and use of this coal export terminal in Longview, WA. A truthful and complete EIS will find that this project is ridiculously dirty and a danger to human and environmental health. I hope a complete life cycle analysis of coal will be included in this scope. That sincere look at environmental impact will find coal to be a grossly dirty form of energy. A lifecycle analysis from mining to shipment to burning (with risks to human and environmental health at every step along this process) will surely find this to be an inappropriate venture in the Northwest. Let's just say "NO" to this terminal that would open the Columbia River gorge as a coal passage way and tarnish the environmental ethic that we stand for in this beautiful area!
