My name is Pam Borso. I live in Custer Washington and have friends and family that live in the Longview/Portland area
Often trains not only pass through but idle on a side track for up to 12 hours. I want you to study the anticipated air and water quality impacts to air and water quality from added rail lines, trains and added idling time along the entire rail line from the building of the Millenium Bulk Terminal.
