The Department of Ecology should speedily complete the environmental study for the Millennium Bulk Terminals. The lead agencies should conduct a local study on our environment. It's unrealistic and unprecedented to conduct a cradle-to-grave EIS that studies the harvesting, development or manufacturing of a product or commodity to and including the end use of the product or commodity. Using the wheat export terminals as an example, the Department of Ecology did not require the study of nationwide rail impacts, nor the end usage of the wheat at its destination. Thank you for reviewing my comments. This project is deserving of an impartial scope and should not experience further delays. Sincerely, Molly Drury doc-cntrl@selwaycorp.com
