Please include my comments as part of the public response to the proposed coal export terminal at Longview. This project should move forward without delay. Cowlitz County has a chronically high unemployment rate. There are environmental impacts of building trades and longshore workers having to travel as far as the Port of Seattle for work on a daily basis, instead of going to a job at Millennium. The impacts and air emissions related to no longer commuting to Seattle and Portland for work should be noted as an environmental benefit of the project. Thank you for accepting comments for this important proposal. The Millennium project will do a great deal for the economic outlook of this country. Let's get Americans back to work! This project is also vitally important for Coal jobs in the Western US as many of our mines are being impacted by the EPA's over-zealous regulation of clean air rules without regard to the severe economic impact on the electric rates of American consumers and the many direct and indirect jobs that are eliminated because of it. Ports will allow us to ship our coal to those areas who want the advantage of cheaper fuel for their economies. Sincerely, Michael Peacock
