Thank you for the opportunity to contribute to the comments for the Millennium Bulk Terminals Longview scoping. I support this project and hope to see it up and running as soon as possible. undefined As you well know, an EIS is supposed to take a "hard look at environmental consequences" and reach a decision based on the facts presented. The scope of this document should be limited to the immediate impacted areas so we can keep moving forward. Hundreds of people with families are not only waiting but depending on having the security of a long-term, good-paying job. As a small business that is dependent on Western coal mining for its survivial, the ability to easily export Western coal is critical. Sincerely, Joseph Betar
