The Department of Ecology should speedily complete the environmental study for the Millennium Bulk Terminals. The EIS should acknowledge that Millennium is situated in a "heavy industrial" zone. If not developed as a coal export facility its development will have similar impacts in terms of rail impacts and possibly more negative impacts in terms of road congestion and/or emissions if developed into a manufacturing facility. Congratulations on starting the first stage to developing a Draft Environmental Impact Statement. I'm certain the scope will clearly outline a project deserving support. Thank you for accepting public comment in this matter. I hope this project can commence in short order. this project and others around the U.S. are vital to allow the working people to have sustainable jobs to support there family's. I know it is the obama's administration that is out to distroy america and i know you work for him indirectly, but its time to stand up for america and let america once again thrive, Sincerely, John Hobbs John Hobbs jhobbs@archcoal.com
