Americans urgently need jobs and Millennium Bulk Terminals is ready to provide them. Please approve a reasonable project scope for the environmental study and help get Americans back to work. The EIS should acknowledge that Millennium is situated in a "heavy industrial" zone. If not developed as a coal export facility its development will have similar impacts in terms of rail impacts and possibly more negative impacts in terms of road congestion and/or emissions if developed into a manufacturing facility. It is clear to me, Millennium Bulk Terminals has a project that will have long-term positive impacts on local and regional economies in Washington. Millennium has maintained and presented ongoing efforts to uphold the current environmental regulations set for its project in Longview. I have good faith and trust this will continue and the company should be allowed to move forward without further delay. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to comment.
