Thank you for this opportunity to voice my support of Millennium Bulk Terminals - Longview project. This port will benefit the economy of the region, the State and that of the nation. The addition of 100's of new full time, high paying jobs will change the local economy in positive ways that can't be determined as of yet. The EIS should acknowledge that Millennium is situated in a "heavy industrial" zone. If not developed as a coal export facility its development will have similar impacts in terms of rail impacts and possibly more negative impacts in terms of road congestion and/or emissions if developed into a manufacturing facility. Congratulations on starting the first stage to developing a Draft Environmental Impact Statement. I'm certain the scope will clearly outline a project deserving support. Thank you for accepting public comment in this matter. I hope this project can commence in short order. Sincerely, David L. Goff dave@dustcontroltech.com
