I support American jobs in the trade industry and ask that Millennium Bulk Terminals be moved forward in a timely manner. Cowlitz County continues to have an unemployment rate higher than the majority of the State of Washington. The EIS should report the positive impacts of both direct and indirect employment. The EIS should not be limited to only negative impacts, when such positive impacts to the economy will be significant to Cowlitz County. The cost of delaying this project through a drawn out permitting process needs to be recognized as a concern. The agencies are doing a great job of evaluating Millennium Bulk Terminals port proposal. I am convinced that this project's permit should move forward without further delay. Sincerely, Darryl Hofe
