Millennium Bulk Terminals has proposed a coal export terminal at Longview that is both environmentally-sound and economically beneficial. I ask that you approve this project and the environmental study without delay. Millennium Bulk Terminals have been actively engaging the community of Longview for the three years they have been at the old Reynold's site. Recent SEPA more limited environmental reviews for shipping terminals with similar rail traffic, vessel traffic and GHG emissions along the Columbia River should be used as guides for developing the scope of the SEPA review for the Millennium Project, such as the recent grain terminal approvals. So let's get moving as quickly as possible to make this project happen. It's what's best for Washington, and best for our economy and tax base. Sincerely, Dan Baker Danzbaker@msn.com
