I'm hereby submitting comment on proposed plans for building infrastructure to ship coal to Asia from the western US. This is a bad idea. I live in Missoula MT and already see numerous coal trains pass through my community daily. Climate change is presently having a huge impact on all our lives and we need to take agressive steps to decrease our consumption of fossil fuels. Coal is the most polluting of these. There is absolutely no sense in curtailing our own use of coal just to ship it overseas and burn it there, thus impacting the entire planet. Who benefits from this? Please consider our home planet and do whatever possible to stop this short sighted plan. Thank you. Jim Roach 4720 Humble Rd Missoula, MT
