My name is Dianna MacLeod and I live in Island County, Washington.
I object to the proposal for the following reasons and ask that the CUMULATIVE impact of additional coal trains and coal export facilities be measured as they impact: human health, home values, fisheries and wildlife, public cost for rail infrastructure, and last but not least coal's contribution to global warming.
There is an unacceptably high risk of a spill in the Columbia Unimak Pass, with disastrous consequences for the region.
The increase in coal trains would negatively impact the region's economy and transportation corridors.
The public is not served by the Millennium Project. The big fossil fuel companies are well served. To whom are you responsible? * *
