I understand that the proposed ships that are intended to carry coal from the terminal to China, will be anchored in the water and will be running non-stop, burning an especially dirty form of fuel.
I would like the EIS to do a study on the amount of toxins that will be released into the air and water in the exhaust from this fuel for each ship over a 24 hour period, and the effects of these toxins on human life.
How will these toxins affect sea life and the food chain they are part of?
