I have been against these terminals for quite some time. Nothing has changed, these coal trains will still be allowed to lose 100's of pounds of coal dust for every mile that is travelled. Since so much of the route is through fragile salmon habitat and through the scenic and irreplaceable Columbia River Gorge. There is no question that this is a bad idea. Profits for a large coal company does not outweigh the environment or the millions of Americans this would be detrimental too.
