Dear U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, WA Department of Ecology, and Cowlitz County Commission,
Arch Coal and their peers in resource extraction have a history of ill-repute when it comes to responsible business tactics. They are notorious for pillaging the goods and marring the land of West Virginia, placing ecosystems and social fabrics in grave health. There is no such thing as "clean coal."
I urge you to consider these impacts in the scope of the Environmental Impact Statement.
