I simply am amazed that the scoping issues seem to be expanding. No doubt I will support Millennium, not because of the promise of jobs, or the economic rewards. My support is that coal hazards can me mitigated and effectively managed, therefore making their operation accountable on all fronts. To strangle an industry, any industry, with prolonged agendas, and scoping that changes in itself is harmful to our community. I live next door to the proposed facility. Just knowing I could call a regulator to attend to any concerns or complaints that may occur offers me and my family peace of mind. Millennium can be part of our community and handle any issues we may face with coal and the proper handling. Thanks for Millennium for hanging in there so long. I have never seen such a belated circus with the rules ever changing. Move forward and realize you will always have the opportunity to regulate this site therefore the EIS has covered this topic. Sincerely, Stephen Wilson wilsonjjtt@msn.com
