We need to move on with the environmental study as quickly as possible. SEE MY THIRD PARAGRAPH. Despite some negative opinions, this permitting process will produce facts that show a modern port can be planned by a company, then evaluated by an agency to provide ways for production portals, while at the same time protecting the environment and enhancing the socio-economics of a region. It will be a job well done! LIVING NEAR and watching the trains go by each day gives me a great deal of concern to additional coal cars. I am concerned in knowing about the small particles that are found in the people's lungs in studies with coal cars traveling through communities. I am not for the additional coal cars if it is unhealthy to individuals along the train tracks. We are out of state and will not be able to attend this evening. I would like to get information for any future events. Sincerely, Lee and Dolores Golden Dolores Golden crazyitalian2@gmail.com
