Please submit this comment for consideration of the scoping for the EIS for the Millennium bulk terminal at Longview, WA. The scope of study for the EIS needs to include science that studies: - all potential environmental pollution to air, water and land in the areas the trains and coal travel, as well as where the trains and coal will be stored and piled. -all potential impacts to humans and wildlife in the areas the trains and coal travel, as well as where the trains and coal will be stored and piled. -all potential environmental pollution to air, water and land that may come from the increased train traffic. -all potential human health and wildlife health impacts that may come from the increased train traffic. As a citizen who lives along the proposed coal train traffic travel corridors, I strongly oppose the negative impacts that will happen to OR, WA, the Columbia River, humans and wildlife during the proposed coal transports. I opposed the storage of open coal piles at shipping facilities due to environmental and human and wildlife health impacts. I strongly oppose shipping coal overseas, because the pollution it will cause when burned there will return to our air, water, wildlife and people with negative impacts. Thank you, Dawn Smallman
