Dear U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, WA Department of Ecology, and Cowlitz County Commission:
Build the terminal; it will help our balance of trade and provide jobs that are badly need, it will allow us to export a much needed fuel to less fortunate countries that are in dire need of a source of energy.
