I strongly oppose the construction of a coal export terminal in Longview, Washington. I know that in addition to the myriad health hazards inherent to shipping coal--including, but not limited to air, water and noise pollution--coal export helps provide an enormous increase in carbon emissions, in extraction, shipping and burning.

I urge you to consider all impacts in the scope of the Environmental Impact Statement.

In addition, the coal train traffic impacts in Longview are so great that Millennium cannot operate without massive, tax-payer-funded rail infrastructure changes currently planned as the SR 432 Project. The SR 432 Project must be analyzed in the Millennium EIS.

This is a failed project on multiple levels. Please do not allow it to continue. Thank you
