Despite being a very conservative voter, and a resident of Spokane, Washington, I have great concerns regarding the exporting of coal, or, more precisely, the transportation of coal. I've heard the argument of those against the transportation of coal through our city, and it's been rather persuasive, even to a Republican on the Constitutionalist side of the camp. As much as I would like to boost our local economy, I would not be in favor of permitting the transportation of any toxins through Spokane, whether by way of train or truck. Looking out the window of my workplace onto the train track downtown, I've seen the coal trains that are being discussed. I would need to hear a strong argument against the credibility of every claim made by those opposed to the coal export before I would change my position on this debate.

Sincerely, Bryce Morrison brycemorrisonspokane@gmail.com
