Sep 13, 2013

US Army Corps of Engineers, Cowlitz County, Washington Department of Ecology WA

Dear Washington Department of Ecology,

Please accept these scoping comments for the environmental impact statement for the Millennium Bulk Terminal (MBTL) proposal for Longview, WA.

I want to start by saying I 110% support coal being shipped through the Columbia River Gorge to Longview and shipped out from there to foreign ports that are smart enough to at least use it as a cheap and abundant fuel source . This is a great opportunity for us to add some jobs to the local economy and outreaching areas,,,, much needed is commerce and trade to help stimulate other forms of business in this area. We have been stifled long enough especially here in the Pacific N.W. because of all the tree hugger stereo types that don't have anymore to do than to run from one demonstration to the next drinking the same kool-aid. We have had more than enough of these environmentalist groups dictate to the majority us how we are going to live for far to long.....I am fed up with them blocking good paying jobs for hard working Americans here in the Northwest from our own coal plants we have to a decimated forest industry and everything inbetween. I say bring on the Trains and lets get people back to work around here

Sincerely,
