Sep 13, 2013

US Army Corps of Engineers, Cowlitz County, Washington Department of Ecology WA

Dear Washington Department of Ecology,

Please accept these scoping comments for the environmental impact statement for the Millennium Bulk Terminal (MBTL) proposal for Longview, WA.

Please do not let the export terminal be built. It will ruin the livability of many who live along the route.

This should be a non-starter--this company is nearly bankrupt (financially and otherwise) and we are going to give them carte blanche to run coal through our beautiful Columbia Gorge? The health hazards alone should be enough to make you vote it down.

I ask you, for the sake of our children, do not let this terminal be built.

Linda Browning

Sincerely,

Mrs. Linda Browning 7855 SW Matheny Dr Beaverton, OR 97008-7378
