I'm a train nut and have visited the mines in a Wyoming and have walked most of the UP main line from Wyoming to Boise. I would probably have trouble filling a five gallon can with what little coal I found on the rails. Could you please explain why any entity would build a bulk terminal and pay to transport coal to that terminal, if they thought they would lose a lot of the coal along the tracks? Where's the profit in that?
