I see no reason not approve the BulkTerminal in Longview, if proper Enivromental conditions are taken into review. It would bring in Employment and Revenue to the state and aid the local area. If this is not approved, it is very likely to go elsewhere, if nowhere in Washington, then most likely Vancouvr, BC, which already a large exporter of coal. Things to consider in this area (Longview) are: 1. Coal dust. 2. Transportion - Local street crossings and rail. 3. Length of trains, as I understand, now are about one mile long. To aleaviate congestion of traffic, etc. Possibly the long train could be sided by the main line and cars could be brought into the terminal 25 cars at a time, otherwise it would seem necessary to build overpasses for autos on the main roads in the urban area, and this would be expansive.
