My name is Dawn Hanson and I live in Longview, WA and am writing to express a concern about the proposed coal export terminal. I recently viewed a presentation given by Millennium on their coal export facility. They stated that the trains will be going 25 mph through the intersections in Longview, WA. I live in the Highlands neighborhood and the rail line passes directly past the southern boundary of the neighborhood and the neighborhood sits on the Northwest corner of the 432/433 intersection. There is a very high percentage of children (33%) that live in this neighborhood. Trains passing by the neighborhood at this speed seems very dangerous to me - the speed is dangerous, and the coal dust potential at that speed seems dangerous. This should be considered in the EIS. Thanks, Dawn
