The things that we're interested in as a business in the Longview area are: 1. The permitting is fair and only relates to this particular project. Getting off in the weeds thinking about things that don't relate is not beneficial. 2. We're very interested that trains and traffic don't mix well and we need to be sure that any truck/train traffic conflict is resolved as part of the permitting process. Millennium has a wonderful site and site uses should be restricted to that which is legal, but that which is legal should be allowed. 3. Existing requirements should be met but only existing requirements should have to be met.
