MBTL Coal Export Terminal EIS

Dear U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and WA Dept of Ecology, EIS,

Wreck the landscape in Wyoming and Montana. Spew coal dust from the trains between there and here. Block traffic at the crossings with the mile long trains. Sure, create a few jobs at the port, but how many jobs would be lost because other businesses don't want to be in the proximity? And facilitating more climate change? This is not in our interest. No coal port.

Sincerely,

Charles Totten
