I am a Spokane resident and have lived here over 50 years. I am very concerned about air quality in the region and feel that as a community we must muster the resolve and work toward a cleaner and more viable commerce with our trade to Asian markets concerning dirty coal.

This massive Millennium export plan involving an export of millions of tons of Federal lands low sulfur coal is an environmental mess of sorts. It will not create jobs here in Eastern Washington and is a bad national energy policy regarding the exploited mines, rail delays and coal dust in our city and countryside. We can and will do better. Please consider the long and short term local and global air degrading impacts before we all have to breath thru tubes to get our air. Thank you,

Doug Leonetti 2017 E 15TH Spokane WA
