My name is Dawn Hanson and I live in Longview, WA. When studying the coal terminal proposal for Millennium, I certainly hope you look into the study on coal train dust in Australia (Coal Train Pollution Signature Study) when researching the coal dust and the its environmental and health impacts to communities in Cowlitz County and communities where the coal trains will pass in Montana, Idaho, Washington, and Oregon (yes, this should be a broad, regional study). The study found that there are very high air particle pollution levels with coal trains as they pass through communities and once again when they are unloaded at the terminal.
