Dear U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, WA Department of Ecology, and Cowlitz County Commission,
I live near the train tracks in Vancouver and have already been negatively affected by the open coal trains.
Living in this modern world, we intake pollution all around us, all hours of the day. Please help to not worsen the already dire situation. People in Longview don't want a terminal. Those that will benefit are NOT those that have to deal with the devastating health and other consequences.
Washington can do better. Please take initiative and begin to invest time, money, brain power into renewable energy. Somebody has to, as we can not continue like this. Please consider taking the first challenging but respectable steps to move Washington to the forefront of the renewable energy revolution.
